How Dreval works

The seller escrows all Stock Tokens and names one buyer. Each USDG installment pays the seller and releases one equal token portion. Unpaid inventory can return after expiry.

The transaction

A Stock Token sale settles in USDG installments. Each paid installment releases only its agreed portion. Each action requires wallet confirmation. The app reads the on-chain position before presenting available actions.

Material conditions

The buyer owes no automatic future payment. Only paid portions transfer. The seller cannot recover remaining inventory before expiry once any installment is paid, so the chosen term matters; after expiry the seller can close and withdraw unpaid inventory.

Testnet assets

The current app runs only on Robinhood Chain Testnet (chain ID 46630). “tUSDG” and “tSTOCK” are freely mintable demonstration tokens with no financial value. They are not canonical USDG or Robinhood Stock Tokens.
